Right now we have a reduced inventory of Oregon Homes for Sale , we have about 2 ½ months inventory,.It won’t start swinging to a buyer’s market until we see 4 months of inventory.

We saw an increase in Newburg of 22.5 % primarily due to the migration of people out of Portland and away from the traffic congestion. Population has increased in general as Oregon, for the 4th year in a row we have seen people moving to Oregon in droves.
Oregon homes for sale and Oregon real estate in general have increased in popularity, to say the least. Take too long, there won’t be any left.
