Willamette Valley MLS
The Willamette Valley MLS service covers a three-county area. Marion, Linn and Polk counties. The service is the smaller one, RMLS is the larger one. Both MLS services have what’s called an IDX feed. This allows other sites to display what is on the multiple listing service the moment it goes live on the service.
Zillow, realtor.com and about 90 other sites like this have an IDX feed.
