The Willamette Valley has about 70% of all the housing in Oregon. This is a valley about 140 miles long and about 50 miles wide. Portland is on the north end and Eugene, home of the college football team the Ducks, to the south.

Interstate 5 runs through the center from north and south and supplies great access. Highway 22 runs east and west out of Salem allowing easy access to the coast and central Oregon. Salem is one of my favorite places because of this.

Oregon has so many great activities and beautiful scenery, it is no wonder people love living here.
