The Jory Silty Clay soils are one of the top 10 soils in the world for growing grapes. This new discovery has increased the popularity of the area tenfold creating growth and improvement.

Real estate around the Dundee area is beautiful. You are just far enough away from Portland that you don’t have to deal with any traffic and close enough to the beach to just head on over.

The Newburg, McMinnville, area has seen huge increases in real estate values the past year or two. Most created by people escaping the Portland area to Newburg buy many attracted to this area by the wine industry and rural living. Real estate in Dundee Oregon seems like a good investment.
